Coca-Cola Addiction

I love Coca-cola, I can't stop drink it, my body needs it everyday. I am going to start replacing the cans/glasses of coke for water (yep I don't drink water)
My goal is not to stop completely consuming Coca-Cola however is to drink in moderation or perhaps in special occasions like when having friends over, gathering or when eating out.

  1. Try putting water in the Coke cans. That way you will psych your brain out. You will "think" you have a coke, because you have the can in your hand, but there will be water actually in the can. I did this with beer bottle, when I wasn't allowed alcohal on my diet. I put water in the beer bottle, so when I wanted a beer, went and got one out of the fridge. But, it was just water, although I still had the feel of the beer bottle in my hand. That would lso work for social drinking. If you are drinking out of the can, you frinds will never know that you are drinking water if you don't tell them.
    But, be sure to cut back gradually or you could get terrible headaches or other side effects from caffine withdrawals.

  2. Thanks, it never cross my mind of replacing the coke with water inside the coke can. I will try it and I will let you know if it works.
